Why do so many owners of commercial property charge so much money to have their dwelling investigated ? I can understand high charges towards groups who intend to make money out of the investigation but prices charged are still ridiculous.
When you are a non profit team who offer your services for free and will supply an updated account of the findings from a nights investigation how can you expect to be charged for that! The reason from many owners is a wage for their staff to remain on site for the night in question. Even though we have spoken to staff and they have volunteered to join us for free to experience how we work makes no difference to the many. There was a time when we would not have to even think about being charged, now it seems that everyone is jumping on the paranormal money train. You would think it would be in the owners interest to back up the claims of what has been seen, felt or heard in their property.
Thank goodness to the owners who still allow free access for the professional teams, S.P.I thanks you for understanding the need to keep the records up-to-date and helping to investigate the truth about spirit activity. Maybe one day all will understand we need modern records instead of using the old recordings, these all are subject to change as the years go by, so come on all you owners it is for you to know and need, stop charging for investigations and have this data for free.
